Courier delivery time depends on the product category you ordered and the shipping destination you selected:
- Lead time to most of the areas in the People’s Republic of China is between 2 to 5 working days since order submitted successfully through website www.zegna.cn and Zegna Wechat Store;
- Lead time to more remote and rural areas located in Gansu Province, Jiangxi Province, Qinghai Province, Yunnan Province, Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will be delivered within 8 working days since order submitted successfully through website. For any further enquiry you are always welcome to contact our Customer Care.
- For safety purpose, land transportation will be applied for sensitive or inflammable products such as fragrances, grooming, shoe care products and products with batteries. For such product categories lead time will be longer, as no expedited shipping is allowed.
We will ship the product(s) in your order via SF courier to the delivery address in the People’s Republic of China. Our shipping partner will require a signature by you (or an adult authorized by you) upon receipt of the products. Please note that we will not deliver products to PO boxes. SF will also make a delivery during the weekend and public holidays. While during spring festival, you may expect the longer lead time. SF will always try to reach you but in case no succeed, SF will contact Zegna customer contact center and Zegna will handle the issue case by case based on the customer profile.
